At Crosman Corporation, we stand behind the quality of our airguns and accessories; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for processing.

Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of purchase.

Securely pack the unused item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and a copy of your packing slip.

Attach Shipping Label

Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your box, ensuring all previous shipping labels are covered or removed.
